This is a great class for all levels of aerial silks. This class focuses on the basics and strength training. The first 30 minutes will be conditioning movements to work the specific muscles needed for successful Aerial Silks performance. The rest of the time will be focused on Silks tricks and moves, catered to the skill level of those attending.
In order to prevent silk burns, please wear a tight-fitting shirt that covers your armpits, and full-length leggings.
