Beginner Flow

In this class, you will learn how to incorporate more dance into your movement; how to gracefully enter and finish your spins, transitions, and some beginner floor work. This class is designed to help you find your own unique style and flow!
 
There will be small routines taught to help you put together what you learned in the class with the moves you have already learned in beginner pole fitness. This is a really fun class and open to all levels!
