Noga Flexibility

 

NoGa: This class involves stretching and is structured similar to yoga but a little more fast paced. We’ll move through functional movements that target increasing your range of motion for everyday activities as well as dive deeper (very gently) into some of the most sought after bendy/flexy moves. Please bring your own mat and water.
